I am a neurodiversity-affirmative therapist, and I focus on working with Autistic, ADHDer, Gifted, and 2e* adults and couples, including BIPOC and LGBTQ folks.
I have lived and professional experience with autism and ADHD.
My work is influenced by Somatics, Neuroscience, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Ecotherapy, Expressive Arts, Trauma Theory, Cross Culturalism, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Mythology.
*2e = Gifted + disabled (including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, physical disabilities, etc)
