If you are feeling anxious, depressed, emotionally reactive or having lots of negative thoughts and feelings about yourself, working with a therapist can be very helpful. Sometimes we all need a little extra guidance and support to get through the hurdles in our lives. I offer supportive, nonjudgmental counseling for a variety of issues and goals. My approach is interactive, relational and flexible. I will work with you on your own goals for your life and relationships and support you in being more fully alive and connected to what matters. You remain the expert on your own life and I am here to ask questions, offer guidance and facilitate learning about who you and where you are going. My work is both deep and practical and I am committed to meeting you right where you are at.
Because finding the right fit is essential for effective therapy, I offer the first session at half-rate so that we can decide whether or not we are an appropriate match.
