LONG Description
So often we carry around negative messages about ourselves that may not even be true. Nonetheless, they affect our lives on a daily basis. They may prevent us from entering healthy relationships. They may keep us from trying something new. They may hold us back in our career, or they may leave us feeling hopelessly anxious or depressed.
As your therapist, I will create a safe place for you to do this type of work and will support you and guide you through the process. I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults as well as people experiencing a loss, going through a transition, or anyone wanting to be the best self they can be.
