LONG Description
I am an LMFT and LPCC. Icounsel individuals and families at my private practice in Sonoma and love to play creatively in the realm of the imagination with children of all ages. A lifelong artist, I enjoy working both in traditional supportive talk/listening therapy as well as nonverbal modalities such as art and play therapy. I am interested in dreams, sandplay/depth psychology, and self-actualization work. My primarily orientation is solution focused/strength based therapy. I support clients in identifying their goals and tracking results, supporting clients who want to do deep inner work as well as providing practical coaching style support. I believe you are the expert on yourself and can facilitate your process of reclaiming your joy and self-efficacy. (Telehealth options are now also available.)
