2. You will need the link to enter the webinar
3. You will need the meeting ID and password
If this is your first Zoom webinar, you may be prompted to download the software to run the webinar. We recommend you download the software at least a day in advance.
We highly recommend that if you are new to Zoom, at least a day before the webinar, try clicking on your webinar link as if you wanted to enter the webinar. What you should see is a page that reads: "Waiting for the host to start this webinar" as well as the title of the webinar. If you are unable to access this page or do not see this information on the page, please contact Administrative Assistant, Joe Ward at (707) 953-0074.
For security, we are using the Waiting Room feature. Participants will be admitted by 11 am to begin the meeting.
Please check your microphone and speaker settings before the event.
During the meeting you will have the option to use the chat box to ask any questions of the Board during the Q&A portion. Please do not use the chat box for other reasons as cross-talk distracts attention from the speaker. We will review chat box etiquette at the beginning of the meeting and we will have a moderator fielding questions throughout.
Important: If you find yourself having some technical issues and unable to join the meeting, please call our Administrative Assistant.
