LONG Description
My authentic, collaborative approach to therapy integrates somatic experiencing, mindfulness practices, parts work, and attachment as a means to help my clients explore and understand their deepest selves and find relief. Whether you are troubled by anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, loss/grief, etc. healing is possible. I feel honored to guide my clients toward the strengths and knowledge they unknowingly possess and witness the transformation that comes from discovering one’s sense of wholeness.
