Join us for 2024 Sonoma County Pride Parade!
Above is the Pride Parade theme. Redwood Psychological Association (RPA) will march with us and we've decided our associations' themes will be "Sidekicks to the Super Heroes, Sheroes and Queeroes!" So, please wear a colorful CAPE in addition to your rainbow clothing (homemade is fine, and we'll bring a few extras).

- Parade lineup starts at 9:30 am.
- Our booth was canceled by the Pride Committee because they had too many applications! So, please come to the parade if you can!!
Booth setup starts around 9 am, and it will be open from 11 am to 5 pm. We need volunteers to take shifts at the booth, so please complete our Google Form to let us know if/how you can help.
- Families, kids, bicycles, and dogs are welcomed.
- We will have stickers to identify our members, so please register early for this event so we know how many to expect.
We will need quite a few volunteers to make this event a rousing success, so once you have registered, please complete our Google Form to let us know how you can help, more specifically. There will be a reminder email the day before the event with specifics on parking, parade line up, etc.

Let's show our LGBTQ+ community that we, the mental health healers of Sonoma County and beyond, see and support them!
UPDATE FROM THE PRIDE PARADE ORGANIZERS!
- Your lineup number is 31.
- Your check in time is: 10:15AM
- You will enter at Brookwood and Fourth Streets (map attached) and proceed to the check in table.
Please arrive at your designated time. There will be many people checking in, the time you have been assigned is for a reason. Please do not ask to change your check in time or staging location. There will be volunteers there to check you in. Please be patient as they are doing their best. Here you will receive a bib number. This bib number must be visible to the parade judges as you pass the judging stand. The judges will be on your left, so please have the number visible to the judges. If you need help with this the volunteers can assist you.
Please proceed to your lineup staging number as instructed by the volunteers. Please have your entire party in line no later than 10:40 as the parade will start promptly at 11:00am.

Small donation
We will need to purchase some printed materials for this event and are incurring some small expenses, not included in our normal budget. Redwood Empire Chapter CAMFT (Provider #57173) is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs. This event is not a continuing education event, but rather a chance for RECAMFT members to support the LGBTQ+ community. Please undertake attending the Pride Parade at your own risk. Be sure to plan for water, sun, food, and comfortable shoes to walk several blocks, etc.
